Last Saturday I got to go see the new movie "Megamind" with Addie at the Mall of America before it was out to the general public. It was super funny, Addie really enjoyed it and the best part was that it was free! I've also seen Iron Man 2 and Inception for free and have had tickets to a lot of major releases within the last several months. Many I have given to friends and family to use.
OK, so this takes a little bit of tracking/effort but hopefully I can give you some tips here to make it a bit easier on you.
The first thing you will want to do is set up an account thru GoFoBo. Usually when there is a screening available you will enter an RSVP code there and download your passes.
There are several different ways you can get these RSVP codes. Here is a list of sites to follow on Facebook to get RSVP codes:
Theaters at the Mall of America
Vita.mn
Cities 97
City Pages
BuzzBoMSP
The way I prefer is via Twitter. I like this better because I get twitter notifications sent right to my phone so I'll get the code right away and can enter it right away. There are only a limited amount of passes so it's important to enter it right away. So here is a list of sites I follow on twitter. You can just click on each one and you will be directed to their twitter page and then follow away!
BuzzBoMSP
Gofoborsvpcodes
MetroMixTC
Secrets of the City
Theaters at MOA
Vita.MN
MovieFone
MN Daily
Moviefone does a lot of contests where you just have to email them that you'd like to win tickets for a screening in your area which you can check regularly HERE.
The MN Daily offers some free screenings as well. Most the time you need to get a copy of the paper and bring it down to their office in exchange for passes. They will also print codes as well that you can RSVP for at the GoFoBo site.
I'd also suggest doing a search at the GoFoBo Screenings page and you'll be able to bring up a list of upcoming screenings in the area and see who the Sponsors are for that screening. That way you can get an idea of where to be looking for codes if there is a specific movie you want to see.
Well, that is all I have for now. Please e-mail me or leave a comment if you have any other places that you get free movie screenings from. I'd also be willing to help you out if there is a certain movie you'd like to see and are not sure where to try and find a code.
Oh, one last thing. These movie screenings are overbooked to ensure that they pack the theater so when you get passes I'd suggest getting there at least an hour early. Especially for those big blockbuster releases. Ash and I went to go see Inception and there were people there who were turned away for a full house.
Thank you. That is all.

$8.00 off Toy Story 3 Coupon
Hello party people!
Well this is my first official post and I'm really just gonna start posting about different deals and other ways I have found that save me money and earn myself rewards. Everyone has access to these deals it's just how you find them, and if you want to take the time.
This first one is very easy and all it requires is a Disney Movies Rewards account.
As you might know already, Toy Story 3 comes out on DVD/Blu-ray on Tuesday, November 2nd. Disney Is currently offering an 8 dollar off coupon if you buy the Blu-ray/dvd combo pack. Disney is doing a really smart thing right now by offering these combo packs because you can build your Blu-ray collection. Don't have a Blu-ray player yet?? It comes with a DVD Copy! it also comes with a digital version so you can load it onto your computer and upload it to your iPod that has video capabilities. Pretty sweet!
OK so on to how to get the coupon. Simply go to www.toystory3coupn.com and it will magically take you to the Disney Movie Rewards site. If you don't have an account there you can sign up for one for free. (www.disneymovirerewards.com)
***I'd like to take the time to let you know that if you don't have a Disney Movie Rewards account to please let me know via e-mail. I say that only because I will get 20 bonus points for every referral! Yea me!***
OK, shameless plug is over! ANYWAY, once you have an account set up you are ready to print that coupon! Click on "Member Extras" and then the "Special Offers" tab. Once you click on the "Click Here to Print Coupon" it will bring you to the coupon printing page.
Before you print your coupon you will want to make sure you have a default printer set up. You can do so by going to your start menu (for Windows users) and clicking on "Devices and Printers." If your pinter is listed there and it has a neat little check mark next to it, then you've got it set and you are ready to go. If not, Right Click on your preferred printer and click on "Set as Default Printer." DONE!
This is getting a bit long but really it will only take you a few minutes.
One more thing that you will probably need to do in install the coupon printer application. If you don't already have this installed you will be prompted to set it up. Just follw the instructions and click "RUN" when prompted.
OK, OK so it sounds like a lot of work maybe but once you are set up you're gonna be good to go. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me.
